The ranch has accommodations for 45 guests in 10 luxury cabins. These rustic-looking but thoroughly equipped cabins have been featured in Architectural Digest, praised for their Old West elegance. Each cabin contains two separate bedrooms with soft mattresses and warm quilts to provide a deep sleep after a long day of activity or relaxation.
There are two cabin styles, the Living Room Cabin and the Duplex Cabin. The Duplex Cabin has three different configurations, a Full Duplex and 2 Half Duplex options.
Living Room Cabin: is a two bedroom/two bath cabin with one queen and one twin bed in each bedroom. There is a living room area with a gas fireplace, lounge/reading chairs, a sofa (which does convert into a queen sleeper if needed), as well as a small kitchenette area. This unit sleeps four to six comfortably and as many as eight people total.
Duplex Cabin: each side of is independent of the other. Therefore this cabin can accommodate as a two bedroom unit (called a Full Duplex Cabin) or as a one bedroom unit (called a Half Duplex Cabin). Each side has a queen and twin bed, a couple of lounge/reading chairs, a private bathroom, and a small refrigerator. There is one Half Duplex Cabin with a king bed (called a King Suite), since there is one it has limited availability.

RESERVATION POLICY
1. A deposit of 50 percent of the guests’ entire anticipated stay is required, and all reservations will be considered firm only when the entire 50 percent deposit has been received. When a reservation is booked less than 45 days prior to arrival the full amount of the anticipated stay is due at time of reservation. Guests are responsible for all reserved dates and will be charged for late arrivals or early departures. Due to the nature and size of or our property, it is necessary to strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation: All cancellations (regardless of reason), will forfeit full deposit unless we are able to refill the entire space at original pricing.
3. When the entire ranch is reserved for a group, a 50 percent nonrefundable deposit is acquired, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
4. Payment can be made by cash, personal check, traveler’s check, Visa or MasterCard (we prefer not to accept American Express).
5. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M.; check-in time is 3:00 P.M.
6. Lost Creek has a policy of not paying Commissions to Travel Agents.
7. Before June 7 and after September 1, 2008, Lost Creek has a 3 night minimum stay. |
